How My Workshops & Training Can Help You!
I love to teach and share my knowledge with you! During the past 30 years I have been asked to share my knowledge, gifts and insights to groups of people as well as provide individualized training.
In response to the many requests I receive, I’ve developed a series of workshops and training sessions that are available for your group or you individually. My teaching style is lively, entertaining, and personable. Anyone can learn from these sessions - even if you have no previous experience. I hold workshops monthly in my home studio and at various locations as requested.
Workshops are also available in and easy to follow Workbook format in the Insights Gift Shop so you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own home – at your own pace!
You need to know that my workshops and training sessions are very popular, so seating is limited. You must book at least two weeks in advance, and availability depends on my personal schedule.
Pricing also varies. But in general, workshops are $75 per student. Group discounts are available upon request.

This is a special ½ or full day conference that provides you and your group with in-depth information on how to obtain and maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.
